Jelena could never draw more than a stick figure but fell in love with art while taking an art history class in high school. She thought about studying art history, but went on to law school instead. While working as a lawyer in Philadelphia, she would sneak out to the Art Museum or Barnes Foundation during lunch breaks. 

Now a mom to twin girls, Jelena enjoys being an Art Docent at Willard and being a part of ARTPOP. She loves taking her girls to museums and to performing arts of every kind as often as possible.
